  Delicious food, great service! I went for lunch and could not fault the food or service. They lose 1/2 star for not having more affordable lunch options (eg. refused to do an "entree sized" risotto for my Mum) and another 1/2 star because the entire restaurant is filled with the stench of cigarette smoke from the smokers out the front which blows straight through. Fix these two issues & they'd get 5 stars from me!

  Terrible service. Ordered appetisers and shakes that took 20 minutes to arrive. Ordered mains and had to wait a further 40 minutes before I had to ask someone what was happening. I was told "it was called 10minutes ago"... absolutely no care for customer service. The manager then had the decency to offer mains as takeaway... seriously? Never coming back and will never recommend your restaurant to anyone.

  The food was nice....but the service was terrible.. no one asked how our meal was no one came over for top ups of drinks or even top ups of water bottles. None of the girls had a smile on their face... and all 3 girls just avoided our table when we were sitting there for an hour after finishing our meals. I ordered a specific meal that the chefs had to change and no one came over to see how that meal was. Wheres the smiling wheres the banter or even common courtesy to talk to your customers?? I'd like to give a big ups to the girl behind the bar because she was the only one smiling looking happy to be there. Ill also give a big ups to the chefs at switch fountain gate because thats only positive outcome to my night. The meal was great and thank you for changing it to my allergies. But to the floor staff please talk to your customers please check meals and always go back to ask any top ups on drinks. And please smile !!! This is also to the floor manager.
